Some airlines offer reduced prices for group bookings and reductions for flying on less popular days. To minimise overheads we have not applied for an Air Tour Operators Licence and so you will need to book and pay for the flights yourselves. By booking direct with the airline or through a travel agent you will be covered by their customer protection schemes.
Airport transfers
The cost of the transfers between the airport and the hotel are not included in the holiday price. Some people drive out, some fly & use a minibus or coach from the airport, and some others fly out, catch a train and use taxis.
We can arrange for a local transport firm to do the transfers and they can either be paid direct or via us.
We can provide details of train times and shuttle buses.
Prices obviously depend on group size, just ask and we will let you have details.
Coming out by train
With early booking and group discounts, travelling out by rail is a realistic option for some. Eurostar operates between London Waterloo and Paris from where the high speed TGV service operated by SNCF runs direct to Tarbes - just 13 miles north of Bagnères. We can arrange for your group to be met at the railway station at Tarbes.
